About us

I, Afanasyeva Olena Yevgeniyevna, have dedicated my entire professional life to medicine and the development of the healthcare system of Ukraine. My path began with a classical medical education in the specialty “Medicine”, continued with scientific activity (Candidate of Medical Sciences) and obtaining a number of specializations – from the organization and management of healthcare and management in the field of healthcare to obstetrics-gynecology and ultrasound diagnostics. The second higher education in the specialty “Pharmacy” only expanded my opportunities to comprehensively see the needs of patients and the system.
For over 16 years, I worked in leadership positions in state medical institutions, where I gained invaluable experience in management, understanding the needs of patients and the challenges of the healthcare system. And later, for over 11 years, I have been developing my own private medical center – “Aneli Medical and Diagnostic Center” in the city of Myrhorod, which has become an example of a combination of professionalism, humanity and innovation.
My activities are not limited to the clinic: I actively work on the development of private medicine in Ukraine as a member of the Association of Private Medical Institutions of Ukraine and the head of the APMU European Integration Committee, responsible for communication with UEHP – the Association of Private Medical Institutions of Europe. I also have the honor of being a member of Rotary International, where I share the international humanistic values of serving society.
It was this experience that formed my conviction: treatment is not only about medicine, but also about dignity, support and humanity. Ukrainian society, especially in times of war, needs not only medical care, but also a powerful system of rehabilitation and social support. I see how many people are left alone with the consequences of injuries, losses and illnesses, and I am convinced: we can change this situation.
Therefore, I founded a charitable foundation – to unite the efforts of like-minded people, partners in Ukraine and the world, international organizations and business for the sake of creating a modern rehabilitation system accessible to everyone who needs it.
For me, the foundation is not just about financially supporting projects. It is about faith in people, the power of community, and my personal mission: to give hope and restore dignity to those who have suffered.

My name is Nikita Kozhemyakin. I am a marketer, strategist, and philosopher.
For many years, I have been helping businesses grow — I think through advertising campaigns, develop brands, and build communications.
With the outbreak of the full-scale war, I began volunteering and working in various charitable foundations. Somewhere just “with my hands,” and somewhere — as an expert in marketing and communications.
Currently, I work in the team of the Aneli LDC, and in this work I see an important mission — the development of private medicine in Ukraine and increasing the availability of quality medical services for all residents of the country.
Today, I help develop the Hope and Humanity Charitable Foundation. My goal is to make as many caring people as possible know about us. To attract resources, find partners, and help as many people as possible who have suffered as a result of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
